What happened:
During a scheduled deployment of our API gateway, security code generation for workflows endpoint was temporarily unavailable. The issue started on 15:02 UTC.

Impact:
New workflows requiring security codes could not be initiated during this 22-minute window. Existing workflows continued to operate normally.

Resolution:
The deployment completed successfully at 15:24 UTC, and security code generation is now fully operational.

Next steps:
